VISION INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE GROUP PUBLIC LIMITED (HE 89214) (the “Company”) – In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 282(1) of CAP 113 of the Laws of Cyprus, that Annual Meetings of Members and Creditors of the Company are to be held at the offices of CRI Group Ltd, 20 Nikis Avenue, 1086 Nicosia, Cyprus, on Wednesday, 24 August 2022 at 10:30 am and 11:00 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s explanations as to how the winding up has been conducted.

A member and/or a creditor entitled to vote, is entitled to appoint another person or persons as his/her proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. Proxies to be used at the respective meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator, at 20 Nikis Avenue, Office 400, 1086 Nicosia, Cyprus, no later than 12 noon on the day preceding the meetings.
