Yiannis Koumettou

Having completed both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics, Yiannis went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2007 before deciding to specialise in corporate recovery, restructure and insolvency. He successfully passed the Joint Board (JIEB) insolvency exams and obtained his UK insolvency licence in 2014.

Yiannis is a director of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, a firm of Chartered Accountants, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and business recovery specialists in the UK, where he oversees insolvency appointments, on a day-to-day basis and has advised directors of companies from small owner-managed businesses to large corporations with multi-million pound turnovers.

He is also a director of Alexander Lawson Chartered Surveyors, a multi-disciplined UK firm offering a wide range of professional services to Lenders, Investors, Developers and Occupiers of both residential and commercial property.
